Hi, I’m Mindy and I am a fun-loving, caring, organizational freak...seriously. My husband jokes that once when he needed a spoon, I told him to “Look under the S’s” :) I have over 20 years experience managing production, operational areas as well as project management where the goal was to do more with less. Higher productivity and better quality was the requirement. I figured out that this could be accomplished through identification of processes that could be easily implemented and maintained. It had to be simple to be successful. I learned quickly how to “get it organized” so the mission could be accomplished. I started to realize that I was always organized and had a inherent need for structure and neatness. I moved with my family 18 times before leaving home and learned how to prioritize my stuff and life as a result of relocating often. I really thought everyone was like me until I got married. My husband comes from a family who lived in the same house their whole lives and never threw anything away. My husband was no exception. I love them dearly but didn’t understand them at all. I started to notice that this not only cluttered their physical space, it also was causing stress and chaos on a personal, internal level...for them and for me. Then along came my son who has ADD/ADHD challenges which brought about a whole new life experience. Again, I realized that being organized would be my ticket to creating a nurturing, affirming, safe, creative space where my son could thrive. Paying attention to the details has taught me so much about people and about life. I truly care and it has become my passion to create environments where people are free to be creative and productive without wasting time wading through the “stuff”. Nothing fancy here, just simple, logical, and practical solutions that can be implemented easily, and maintained with minimal but consistent effort. |
