About Me...

Growing up I was not very organized. Tidying up meant that there would be clothes shoved under the bed, and things piled high in the closet. As I got older I saved anything and everything. By the time I was married and had my own family, I was well on my way down the sentimental road to hanging onto all that I could.
All of this -a life time of collections - mixed with the role of being a military spouse, living in small government housing with a growing family, meant that a foundation of disorganization was growing too. In order to keep the things that I loved, I became resourceful and creative with the way that I stored them. Eventually I came to the realization that the stuff that I was trying so hard to manage, was really managing me. I made the choice to take control of my life and found ways to downsize and purge. Creating systems for my household opened up a whole new world for me and gave me freedom in areas of my life that I never knew I was bound up in.
Gaining organization skills helped me greatly when I began caring for children and working with families in my home/family child care center. The passion I had for caring for children and families, lead to me obtaining a degree in Early Childhood Education, (ECE) and ultimately being offered a position at a community college as an ECE Instructor/Coordinator. Part of my job, consisted of creating, organizing, and training on how to enhance the environments we live, work, and play in. This included constructing systems that not only improve the function of those environments, but enrich the lives of those who were in those spaces daily.
Through professional organizing I am able to use my skills, talents, and strengths to help you achieve those same results. Systems that work offer better time management, generate greater productivity, reduce stress, and allow more time for family and fun!
I have been disorganized, organized, and everything in between. I have helped people when they are at their lowest point and at their highest. I am genuinely a caring person and my desire is to guide you into a lifestyle where you function at your best. I understand the vulnerability that comes with inviting someone you don’t know into your home or office. Rest assured that I will treat you with respect and that I will never pass judgement on you or your situation. You can however, count on me to see the potential that might be cloudy for you because I C U Organized!
